Terms of Service & Acceptable Outreach

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://leadradar.web.id or purchasing, downloading, or utilizing any dataset provided by LeadRadar, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use our datasets.

2. Intended Use: Legitimate B2B Outreach Only

LeadRadar directories are compiled exclusively for legitimate business-to-business (B2B) commercial prospecting, supplier discovery, market research, and partnership exploration. You agree that:

  • You will use the data strictly for relevant commercial B2B inquiries related to your products or services.
  • You will NOT resell, sub-license, publish, or redistribute the raw master datasets to third parties.
  • You will NOT use the data to target private consumers with non-commercial solicitations.

3. Acceptable Outreach Policy (Anti-Spam Requirements)

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all communications sent to businesses in LeadRadar datasets strictly comply with applicable laws, including Indonesia's UU PDP (Personal Data Protection Law), UU ITE (Electronic Information and Transactions Law), and platform policies (such as WhatsApp's Business Messaging Terms of Service).

Mandatory Outreach Rules:

  • Truthful Identity: Clearly state your name and business entity upon initial introduction.
  • No Blast Automation: Prohibited use of aggressive automated bots or unauthorized bulk blasting tools.
  • Opt-Out Compliance: If a contact requests not to be contacted or asks to stop, you must immediately cease all communication with that entity.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

All datasets and materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While LeadRadar undertakes continuous verification and normalization, commercial contact information naturally changes over time (businesses move, rebrand, or modify phone lines).

In no event shall LeadRadar, its creators, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your communications, sales campaigns, or reliance on information provided in our files.

5. File Guarantee and Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital nature of CSV, Excel, and JSON downloads, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered. However, if a downloaded file is damaged, corrupted, or exhibits substantial inaccuracies within 7 days of purchase, email us at [email protected]. We will promptly provide a corrected dataset or credit.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Indonesia.
