Privacy Policy
Effective Date: November 2026 • Compliant with Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27/2022)
1. Overview and Purpose
LeadRadar operates as a commercial business-to-business (B2B) intelligence platform and commercial directory provider. We gather, verify, and standardize publicly available commercial contact records to support legitimate sales prospecting, supplier sourcing, and market research across Indonesia.
2. Data Collected from Website Visitors
When you browse https://leadradar.web.id, we collect minimal technical data necessary to operate and secure our service:
- Payment Processing: All transactions are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment platforms (Gumroad, Lynk.id, and Midtrans). LeadRadar does not collect, process, or store credit card numbers, bank accounts, or financial credentials.
- Technical Telemetry: Cloudflare edge analytics may collect anonymous network-level metrics (IP address, browser type, and country of origin) solely to mitigate DDoS attacks and scraping threats.
3. Commercial B2B Directory Data
The datasets curated by LeadRadar contain commercial business contact records. These include business names, commercial categories, official telephone numbers, mobile WhatsApp contact lines, corporate email addresses, website URLs, and physical business addresses.
Public Data Origin: Every record is gathered from publicly accessible sources where the business entity has intentionally published its contact information for customer and supplier communication (including public business directories, Google Maps business profiles, and the businesses' own official websites).
No Consumer or Sensitive Data: LeadRadar does NOT collect, compile, or trade private consumer personal data, national identity numbers (NIK), biometric information, medical records, or private home addresses.
4. Indonesian Data Protection Compliance (UU PDP No. 27/2022)
Under Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP), processing data that has been explicitly made public by the data subject for commercial interaction is recognized under lawful grounds of legitimate commercial interest (Articles 20 and 21).
5. Right to Erasure and Opt-Out (Hak Penghapusan Data)
In full compliance with Article 8 of UU PDP, any business owner, authorized corporate representative, or individual has the unconditional right to request the modification or permanent removal of their business listing from our database.
How to submit an opt-out / removal request:
Send an email to [email protected] with:
